seriously what a freaking cute wedding! i wanted to do an orange theme but feared the halloween resemblance that could occur combined with a black suit. oh wellll. =)

i wonder how the idea of the bride holding a bouquet originated in the first place?
hmm okay after i typed that question, i looked it up myself. (NERD).
it originally served "to discourage evil spirits from getting close to the bride"
and ummmmm wow...
" The custom of a "First Dance" harkens back to ancient times when the "Bride Kidnapper" would show off his "hunting" skills by parading his "stolen" bride around, in front of his warrior friends, so they could see how well he had done. The feasting would begin immediately after this display. Today, the "First Dance" still traditonally marks the beginning of the reception."
